Camp Ground Ribs
Good old fashion ribs can easily be made right from a camp ground grill. It is all in thr prep work. The most important key is to ensure the grill is evenly heated. Taking time to move charcoal around and light them as evenly as possible.
Ingrediants
1 rack of ribs
1 tablespoon of Blackened seasoning
1 tablespoon of sweet chili seasoning
1 tablespoon of cooking oil
1 tablespoon of Blackened seasoning

Directions
Prep the ribs by rubbing the oil around the ribs. Next add blackened seasoning and sweet chili dry seasoning and rub them evenly across the ribs.
Light the charcoals evenly.
Add the ribs to the grill. Flip them every 15 minutes. Theres no designated cooking time so you will have to watch them. You can expect about 45 minutes to a hour for a large rack of ribs like the 15 lbs one in the images above.
